What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a form of acupuncture, but without the needles. It is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the bodies energy system. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical dis-ease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits. EFT is an amazing tool for removing stress, anxiety and can help you feel good.
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through our body. The memory of that experience affects the way we see the world.. until we heal that disruption.
Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns the energy meridians with respect to negative memories, disconnects the physical discomfort that we attached to it, and quite often remove the resulting symptoms.

How many sessions will I need?
One session will give you the tools to move you forward, but to keep you motivated it is suggested 2 - 8 weekly sessions. It can take about a month to six weeks to start achieving the desired results.
